Here are some photographs taken at the Midlands Model Engineering Exhibition at Leamington Spa Warwickshire on the 18th of October this year. I went with John Stokes in his car, we originally arranged to go with Paul in his mini bus but as you know Paul unfortunately had to go into hospital. I will send some photo's of the air show I went to at Duxford soon.

Here are some photo's I took when I went to the Duxford air show, photo 1 is a Sabre jet used during the Vietnam war 2 a WW2 ambulance, 3 Douglas Dakota transport 4, B17 Fortress,
5 Hawker Hurricane, 6 Supermarine Seafire (not a spelling mistake, the navy did have their own version) , 7 the Dakota flypast. I hope this will help show our members it's not all railways, so come on D&DMESL members send your piccies to Bob and keep the out & about series going. My next instalment will be local pictures so watch this space.
