August Wednesday School Holiday Special 1999
Further views of what was to be our last Wednesday Specials. The Isle of Axholme Motor Bus Tours proved to be very popular especially as can be seen from the queue of visitors including those from the FICC International Caravan Rally. At the start of the FICC Rally we had attended the Rally Ground with the Eastbourne and in conjunction with North Lincolnshire Tourism Department handed out leaflets for both the museum and other attractions in the area. To many of those from Europe and many other parts of the world it was a unique experience to ride on a double deck bus, and a double deck trolleybus. A special thank you must go to Neil Hulks, Ken Hulks and North Lincolnshire Tourism for helping to organise bus services from Lincoln, and their valuable support .
